The hotel's location was marvellous, short walk to all the must eat restaurants and the food market that appeared on Friday night and ran down many blocks of a nearby street and there is a good choice of food and shops nearby. It also was close to the central area.

The family room is newly remodelled and has a mini bar, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. The hotel has a central location through to the washroom area.

The location of Hotel Sixty3 is superb, right next to the vibrant food market that comes alive on Friday nights and extends down several blocks. It's conveniently close to the waterfront and central market, making it accessible for everyone, including those in wheelchairs. Plus, there are lovely shopping centers nearby for any last-minute purchases before heading off on an ecotour.

I'm truly amazed by the warmth & prompt service rendered by all the staff; from reception (my special thanks to Dayang!) right down to house keeping! The size of the family room & facilities that come with it are juz awesome given the rate charged! Probably becoz the hotel is new, so I truly hope it'll continue to remain clean & fittings/facilities preserved! Another good thing about the hotel is its location! Suria Sabah is juz a 2-minute walk & there is a bakery, convenience store, even restaurants juz as you stepped out fr the hotel. It started as 1 night but we actually extended our stay in the hotel for 2 more nights!!!

Review of Hotel Sixty3 in Kota Kinabalu
I would absolutely stay here again; the property exceeded all expectations. I truly appreciated the really good stay in KK town. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. the double room offered a lovely city view and came equipped with an electric kettle and fridge, which was really convenient. Plus, the airport is just 1 km away, making it easy to access.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and shower was the best I have used in a hotel. The fact that there were tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and iron/ironing board made life easier.
I didn't like the fact that there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that invaded the whole room if I didn't keep the door shut and meant that every time I used the bathroom I had to breathe through my mouth! I didn't like the fact that I was under the impression that there was wifi in the room when there wasn't! So I needlessly carried my laptop on the journey when I could have done without the extra weight as I have a shoulder problem. Other than this, there was nothing else to dislike but it explains my answer to the question that follows.

The hotel had spacious rooms with 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, a dining area, living room, and a large bedroom. the location was very convenient, with a department store within walking distance and plenty of excellent food stores nearby. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. It was also located close to the tourist center, and everything I needed was within walking distance. There were many famous local restaurants around, and for shopping, I just had to cross the road to go to Suria Shopping mall. the nearest pier for watching the sunset was just a 5-minute walk away. the bed and bath were huge, and the staff was very friendly. In the surrounding area, there were also many banks and chain and local cafes. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.
